Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48h in advance to receive a full refund. Missed appointments or cancelations made less than 48h prior to the session which the client wishes to cancel, may not receive a full refund. Subject to clinician's discretion. If the psychotherapist wishes to cancel a session, she will refund the session in full. Although is the client's responsibility to remember their session, we do our best to send an email 24h before bookings as a reminder. However, we encourage clients to make a note of the booking in their calendar as these messages sometimes fail to go through.
